This position assist the head chef and must have experience preparing Asian food to include prep of handmade dumplings, bilingual in Chinese is helpful.
The prep cook arrives early to prepare all the necessarily items for all entrees.
Wait Staff
This position is responsible for taking orders and serving the guest while dining.
The wait staff must be able to explain all menu items and offer suggestions to guest.
